Terms of Service
1. The service
Picksy lets you post up to five single-question polls per day. Each poll has exactly three mutually exclusive options and runs for twelve hours. Askers and voters can connect through direct messages, free video calls, and virtual gifts.
2. Polls and content
You are responsible for the questions and options you publish. Each account may vote once per poll and a vote cannot be changed. Polls close automatically after twelve hours and the results remain viewable.
3. Messages and video
An asker may message a voter directly without prior approval, but the first message is rate limited. Video calls are free one-to-one calls; camera and microphone permission is requested only when you start or answer a call. Either side may decline, hang up, block, or end the connection at any time.
4. Virtual currency and gifts
Picksy Coin is a non-subscription virtual currency usable only to buy virtual gifts for voters. It cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash and promises no returns. Purchases complete through the target app store and refunds follow that store’s policy.
5. Enforcement
Content and behaviour that breaks the community guidelines is handled in tiers: warning, reduced reach, muting, suspension, and account deletion. You may appeal in the app and we will respond within the stated time.
